To compliment our nationwide pallet distribution services via TPN (THE Pallet Network) and the Hazchem Network, we are pleased to advise that an additional service is now in available. A daily service to and from the Isle of Wight is now in operation, utilising our own 2MV drivers and vehicles. We’re able to exercise complete control over these movements with our own tracking and communication directly with the drivers involved.
Operating from our Portsmouth Hub we can collect your pallets from the Island, transport them back to Portsmouth the same day for final delivery to your consignee on the UK mainland next day (or later if required). These deliveries will be processed and delivered throughout the UK via our two respective networks and not by third party carriers. This enables us to control these movements and keep you fully advised as to the progress of your consignment.
Consignments needing collection from elsewhere in the UK can be picked up from your supplier day (1) for delivery onto the Isle of Wight on day (2), if required (subject to notice given).
Within TPN and the Hazchem Network service offerings include tail lift collections / deliveries, AM / PM stipulated services, timed and dedicated day options, depending on the requirements of your customer.
2MV are also able to offer comprehensive international freight forwarding services to and from the Isle of Wight. Air, European Road and Ocean freight requirements can all be accommodated as well as customs processes and procedures. Services relating to Letters of Credit and document legalisation can also be provided.
Storage and warehousing facilities are available, together with inventory reports and stock movements in and out of store.
