Air and Sea International Transport
Our International Team specialise in the provision of air, sea and road services, for both import and export movements. Many years of combined experience have enabled 2MV to establish a network of international partners who are now working with us to provide for the seamless movement of goods, and whose services include customs processes and clearance if required.
Our expertise with road, sea and air freight allow us to give you a fully integrated worldwide service, door to door, with a single point of contact at 2MV.
For your export shipments we have operatives in Asia, the Far East and the USA who can arrange customs processing (if this is required) and / or onward delivery from point of arrival to final destination.
And for your import consignments we will arrange for all customs clearance formalities into the UK to be completed, together with delivery to anywhere in the UK.
Through TPN – THE Pallet Network, we have access to extensive partnerships for the delivery of palletised freight into Ireland, continental Europe, and Scandinavia.
2MV also offers a worldwide courier service, for the movement of package and parcels.
Air freight
By working together with carefully selected carriers 2MV can provide standard connections and fixed schedules on all main routes. And for those “non standard” scenarios our team will organise a package of alternative solutions for you, depending on specific service requirements.
We can offer priority, standard and economy/consolidated services and will liaise with you to ensure that the most beneficial combination of service and cost is achieved.
Requested services can be the complete door to door option, including customs clearance and delivery ; or for a door to port movement whereby the consignment is handed to an agent or broker of the consignees choice at destination port.
Sea freight
Our long-term partnerships with major shipping lines ensure we meet the important balance between quality of service and value for money. 2MV can transport full container load (FCL) or smaller loads (LCL). We can take your freight from door to door, terminal to terminal or port to port, in line with your requirements.
For Far East shipments, we have agents at ports in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore. And we can ship to anywhere in the USA or South America.
Our well established relationships with contract carriers means that virtually every schedule and delivery requirement can be fulfilled.
We will keep you informed through every part of the shipment process, giving you peace of mind that your shipments are being monitored at all times.
